NWCOC CLASS MAKE-UP REGISTRATION
REGISTER FOR A MAKE-UP CLASS
Please fill out the form below to register for a make-up class. You can find your missed class date and class name in your NWCOC Student Portal.
Please contact NWCOC if you have trouble getting into your Student Portal.
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Once you have registered for a make-up you must let your instructor know BEFORE you attend.
Your instructor will provide specific assignments that you need to bring and complete to get credit for the make-up.
TERMS AND POLICY:
- Registration for each scheduled make-up class will close once it has reached the maximum capacity or the deadline has been met.
- Exams can be made up at a Saturday Make-Up class, but not all performances can be guaranteed.
- If you register for and fail to attend a Saturday Make-Up class without 48 hours notice, you will receive a citation to appear before your committee.
REFUND POLICY:
- You must give the college 48 hours notice of cancellation for a registration TRANSFER.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- A no-show to the class is non-transferable.
