NWCOC ONLINE STORE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Does NOT apply to any apprenticeship-related store items (make-up classes)
Refunds for scheduled classroom courses, less the registration fee, permitted only if a refund is requested in writing seven (7) days before the class date. No refunds permitted after that date. This policy is strictly enforced.
Contact NWCOC at firstname.lastname@example.org or 503-256-7300 to request a refund or to transfer enrollment to another class. In the event of dispute over timely notice, the burden of proof rests on the student.
There will be no refunds on textbooks that have been distributed.
Students who do not show to scheduled in-person or virtual classes will forfeit enrollment fees. No refunds or transfers will be issued. This policy is strictly enforced.
Any student who is terminated or removed from class for disruptive behavior or a violation of any published college policy will not be entitled to a refund.
Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the case of cancellation, students will be notified and given the option to transfer to another class, leave a credit on account for an upcoming class, or receive a refund. There are no penalties/fees for cancelled classes.
