COURSE INFORMATION:
CULTURAL COMPETENCY IN THE TRADES
Cultural Competency is an online course is built to train students on building a successful and respectful working environment.
This course is 100% online. Students will be able to print a PDF copy of their completion certificate once they complete the program.
Cultural Competency in the Trades is in compliance with The Oregon Plan for Equal Employment Opportunity in Registered Apprenticeship Programs, in accordance with 29 CFR Part 30.18.
This class is designed to be taken online by a single participant. All group members must take the online course on their own using their OWN EMAIL ADDRESS to receive their certificate. Only one certificate is granted per email address.

The Oregon Plan (effective November 1, 2021) requires that all apprentices and individuals who regularly come into contact with apprentices in the course of their training complete anti-harassment training.
This course provides an online option to successfully complete requirements for The Oregon Plan.
