UNIT 1: LEADERSHIP & MOTIVATION
The perfect training for experienced superintendents, project engineers, project managers, contract administrators, safety officers and anyone who is interested in improving their supervisory skills!
The Associated General Contractors of America’s Supervisory Training Program (STP) is a construction-specific training curriculum developed, updated and field-tested by and for contractors. This 6-unit certification program focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to be an effective front-line manager of people, schedules, equipment and materials.
Each seminar is offered in a two day format on Friday and Saturday.
UNIT 1 INFORMATION:
