The perfect training for new and experienced superintendents, project engineers, project managers, contract administrators, safety officers and anyone who is interested in improving their supervisory skills!
The Supervisory Training Program (STP) is developed, updated and field-tested by and for contractors. This 6-unit certification program focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to be an effective front-line manager of people, schedules, equipment and materials.
Each seminar is offered in a two day format on Thursday and Friday.
COURSE INFORMATION:
Continental breakfast and lunch are provided for BOTH days of each Supervisory Training Program Unit.
