The Supervisory Training Program (STP) is developed, updated and field-tested by and for contractors. This 6-unit certification program focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to be an effective front-line manager of people, schedules, equipment and materials.
Each seminar is offered in a two day format on Friday and Saturday.
COURSE RECOMMENDATION: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience or pre-approval from the course instructor.
