CANCELLATION, REGISTRATION & PAYMENT POLICY

REGISTRATION POLICY & DEADLINES:

Pre-Registration Process: Registrations are due by 12:00 PM two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled training date.                                 

Last-Minute Registration Switch-Out Process: Any last-minute additions or changes to the pre-registered participants must be submitted no later than by 12:00 PM, three (3) business days before the training date.                                 

Clients can add participants or switch-out names of participants, but no refunds are allowed after the two (2) week customized training cancellation policy deadline.                                 

If additional participants are added, total enrollment may not exceed the course maximum enrollment, and payment is due no later than by 12:00 PM, three (3) business days before the training date.                                        

Changes requested after this cutoff will not be accommodated.                                              

Submit paper registrations to NWCOC or complete the customized training form online by the assigned due date.                                         

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Full payment is due by 12:00 PM, two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled training date.                                 

If additional participants are added, an updated invoice will be provided and payment is due by 12:00 PM, three (3) business days before the scheduled training date.                                

If payment is not received by the assigned due date, the training will be rescheduled.                                

CUSTOMIZED TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY:

A two-week’s notice is required for cancellations, which is by 12:00 PM, two (2) weeks prior to scheduled training date.                                        

Client is responsible for all costs incurred before cancellation and will forfeit a per participant, per course registration fee of: $10.00 for courses under 10 hours and $30.00 for courses 10 hours or more.
