The Supervisory Training Program (STP) is developed, updated and field-tested by and for contractors. This 6-unit certification program focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to be an effective front-line manager of people, schedules, equipment and materials.
Each seminar is offered in a two day format and , with the exception of Unit 5 which requires three days to complete and will be offered , and . All units are open to new and experienced superintendents, project engineers, project managers, contract administrators, safety officers and anyone who is interested in improving their supervisory skills.
