COURSE INFORMATION:
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND PREJUDICE TRAINING (ADAPT)
Understand your role in identifying an act of harassment, inappropriate or threatening behavior, hazing, and bullying in the workplace. These are all forms of emotional violence.
Class covers communication techniques, intervention strategies, ways to defuse a situation and empowerment of a social change to stop workplace abuse.

The Oregon Plan (effective November 1, 2021) requires that all apprentices and individuals who regularly come into contact with apprentices in the course of their training complete anti-harassment training.
